Important Points
BE SURE TO FILL OUT THIS FORM COMPLETELY OR IT WILL NOT SUBMIT PROPERLY.

1. The camp is open to all children between the ages of 7 and 14.

2. The camp will be held the week of July 18th to the 21st RAIN OR SHINE from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the George Mason High School Field.

3. Please make sure to have your child at the field between 5:45 and 6:00 PM with a personal water bottle and dressed in appropriate shorts, t-shirt, and sneakers. Although water will be supplied it is strongly suggested that your child bring their own bottle to refill.

4. In the event of excessive rain or if thunder/lightening forces a postponement or cancellation other plans will be made and if there is a cancllation Friday the 22nd will be used as a make up day.. The FCCFA camp follows the Fairfax County Youth Football League rules regarding dangerous weather conditions. See section 7.4 of the rules document at: click here for more information.

5. All participants must be picked-up no later than 8:15 PM each evening.

6. The cost of the camp is $75.00 paid in full by cash or check made out to the FCCFA on the first day before activities begin.
